ABOUT US
Our journey began a decade ago when tech entrepreneur Adam Morand, drawing on 25 years of data management expertise, turned his passion towards optimizing indoor vertical farming. His company, A4 Cyber-Physical Manufacturing Inc., pioneered the PremierGro Lighting System—an advanced solution for commercial growers.
Our mission is to make PremierGro the leading lighting solution for indoor farmers across the U.S. This crowdfunding campaign for our 3rd generation grow module is a crucial step towards achieving that goal.
We’ve Done This Before!

PREMIERGRO: THIRD-GENERATION GROW MODULE
PremierGro’s third-generation bookshelf model indoor vertical garden was born from discussions with businesses seeking a smaller, adaptable solution. With a 100-pod capacity, it offers flexibility for growing everything from leafy greens to vining tomatoes. PremierGro’s combination of pod capacity and plant diversity unlocks millions of possibilities for growers of all levels.

2ND GENERATION GROW MODULE
PremierGro’s 2nd generation Agriplay System transformed commercial indoor farming. Featuring stackable boxes and targeted spectrum lighting, it supports up to 900 plants within an 8′ x 4′ x 4′ footprint. The modular design enables seamless networking of multiple units, making it perfect for large-scale facilities of 10,000 square feet or more.

CONSUMPTION
Americans consume 657 pounds of fruits and vegetables per person annually.
Americans spend $5,000 per year for fruits and vegetables for a family of four. The Consumer Price Index (CPI) for all food increased by 25% in the last 5 years.
IMPORTING
91% of our tomatoes and 60% of our cucumbers are imported from Mexico.
Produce is transported 1,500 miles on average before it reaches the store. Transportation costs add 5.5% to the overall cost of food.
CLIMATE & WATER
California produces over 13% of the U.S. total agricultural output. Agriculture consumes about 40% of California’s total water supply.
Between 2010 and 2020, about 500,000 acres of agricultural land in California went unplanted due to insufficient water.
